Coming out of Lockdown.


Our team are fully vaccinated and take additional processes for cleanliness and hygiene purposes during this time of COVID 19.

From November 1st 2021, our CONDITIONS OF ENTRY are as follows:

We ask that ALL clients or persons call the clinic upon arrival on 9416 3788.

Clients who are fully vaccinated against COVID19 and with proof of this vaccination can enter our premises by a staff member verification. This entry is for veterinary consultations, nursing appointments and surgical admissions and discharges only.

Wear a face mask at all times.
Face masks must fully cover the nose and mouth. Sanitise hands upon entry.
Alcohol-based hand rub is available in convenient locations in reception and throughout the clinic.

Check-in via QR code.
You (and any companions) must check-on every time you visit us. Observe 1.5m social distancing.
Please keep an appropriate distance from others wherever possible.

Remain outside if you are unwell, have been to an exposure site, or have a mask exemption.

Counter sales and walk in enquiries are encouraged to be undertaking over the phone or via email.

Our team reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone non compliant with the above and or government restrictions.

Other protocol changes to be aware of:

  • All clients new to our services will be required to make upfront payments to secure any booking or appointment for veterinary services and or grooming.
  • All surgical procedures will now require a $250 deposit to secure this booking.
  • We recommend digital paperwork where possible and all invoices will be emailed.
  • Visitors are requested and expected to exercise a high standard of personal hygiene.
  • We accept touch-free payments only, either via credit/debit card over the phone or by electronic bank transfer.
  • The manner in which you receive veterinary consultations may be modified. Consults may occur via telephone, or in the waiting area, or outside the clinic.

We thank our community and loyality of our clients for being understanding and supportive during the time.

Although our operating processes have changed, our standard of care and treatment for our patients is resolute.
