Coronavirus and Pets

Don’t fret; we are HERE for you and your pet.

In this second wave of coronavirus, we are still operating but with strict precautionary measures in place. This is to ensure the wellbeing of you our clients, your pets and our team. At this stage we are continuing to offer veterinary and grooming services. Adult vaccinations, Cat boarding and puppy school services are suspended for the time being.

For VETERINARY appointments ONLY;

  • Please call us when you arrive for your appointment.
  • All clients are to wear face masks.
  • We are permitting x 1 client per pet into the premises.
  • We are asking all clients to sanitize hands on arrival.
  • Consultations will be undertaken with strict social distancing measures in place.
  • We are prioritising essential veterinary care and treatment so services such as nail trims are assessed by a case by case basis and if not urgent will also be postponed.

We ask if you are feeling unwell, feverish or have flu like symptoms or are awaiting COVID testing results; please stay at home.

For urgent cases of pet illness, we advise to organise a family member to not living with you replace you in attendance.

All other services such as grooming and nurse appointments;

  • Please call us when you arrive for your appointment.
  • A staff member will come outside and assist your request.
  • We will then take your pet inside and perform this requested service.

Medication and food purchases;

We ask for you to organise this in advance by;

  • Calling the clinic.
  • Using our website request function.
  • Emailing us directly at

We are also NOW offering for medications, food and accessories;
