A veterinary and client relationship is built on mutual trust and respect. As such, we strive to be on time for your scheduled appointments, and ask that you give us the courtesy of a call when you are unable to keep your appointment.
Cancellations and failure to attend appointments:
You will receive a reminder via SMS 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking. We are experiencing higher than usual demand for veterinary care. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please get in touch ahead of time (minimum four hours). This ensures we can offer your booking slot to another animal in need of care.
Failure to attend two appointments without sufficient notice (min. four hours) will result in future bookings requiring upfront payment of $89.00 (standard appointment fee) upon booking.
Clients are kindly advised that on occasion, veterinary emergencies may impact your scheduled appointment time. Our team will endeavour to keep you updated regarding any unforeseen changes to appointment/wait times. We thank you for your understanding and patience as we continue to provide high standards of care to all patients and clients.
It is important that you attend your appointment on time. Failure to do say may result in a shorter consultation. Arrivals in excess of 20 minutes post scheduled booking time may be re-booked or changed to a same day ‘walk-in’ appointment charged at $99.00. Note that walk-ins may be subject to extended wait times. Please speak with one of our team to determine the best arrangement for you and your pet.
New clients are advised to arrive up to 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. This allows sufficient time to complete the requisite new patient forms and ensures you receive your full consultation time with the veterinarian.
